Is Davis College an accredited college?

Davis College is professionally accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education, regionally accredited by the Middle States Commission of Higher Education, and is accredited by the Regents of the University of the State of New York making Davis the only fully accredited Bible college in NY.

Do you have a required version of the Bible?


Do you have a certain denomination?

We are a non-denominational institution of the Bible but our roots are founded in the Baptist tradition.

Do you have co-ed residence halls?

No, we have a dorm for male students only, a dorm for females, upperclassmen suites, and an apartment for families and married students.

How many students receive financial aid?

98% of our students received financial aid in the 2012-2013 school year.

How long has your president been at Davis?

Dr. Dino Pedrone has been our president since 2008. He is a graduate of Davis College that previously served as a pastor for over 25 years.

What is your male/female ratio?

55% male 45% women according to 2012-2013 enrollment.

What are your chapel services like?

We are blessed to have several student worship groups that lead us in praise music in every chapel. Once a week, Dr. Dino Pedrone, speaks in our President’s Chapel. For our other chapel services, we bring in various speakers that preach from the word of God.

Is there a family weekend?

Yes. We schedule a family weekend every fall. Check our Upcoming Events page for the next scheduled weekend.

Is there a campus church?

No. We are blessed to have several, quality churches in our immediate area. Getting connected in a local church helps in the spiritual growth of our students, so we encourage them to not only go to church but to get involved in a church.

Do you have churches in the area that provide transportation?

Some of the local churches do provide transportation but many students also carpool.
