Bill Boulet is the Senior Pastor of Heritage Baptist Church, in Lakeland FL. The church ministers to over 900 members through a variety of ministries as people are motivated to use their gifts and talents for Christ. Bill's ministry places a strong emphasis on personal evangelism, discipleship and in the pulpit, expository preaching.

Bill has authored a discipleship manual that has been duplicated by churches all over the country and has been translated for use in different parts of the world.  Bill is on the Board of Directors of Heart and Home Ministries, A.B.W.E., and Davis College.  He has also served as a board member with Youth Outreach International, Camp of the Nations, Grace and Truth Evangelistic Association, Missionary Retreat Fellowship, the Dunmore Little League, the Greater Scranton YMCA and Spurgeon . Baptist Bible College.  Bill also ministers often at Bible Conferences, Christian Colleges, Christian Camps, Missions Organizations and Pastors Conferences.  He is an adjunct faculty member at Word of Life Bible Institute in both Florida and New York.  He has ministered internationally both in Western and Eastern Europe as well as Asia.

Bill and his wife Ruth have 3 children.
