Refund Policy

All miscellaneous fees are non-refundable. Refunds on room and board will be prorated weekly based upon the length of time the student has been enrolled.

Applied music fees are in addition to any tuition charges. Refunds for applied music fees will be prorated based on the number of weeks the student has been enrolled. Applied music fees will not be refunded after the fifth week of the semester.

Students who officially withdraw from classes during the first four weeks of a semester will be entitled to tuition refunds on the following basis:

• 100% refund through the last business day before the 2nd week of the semester

• 75% during the 2nd week of the semester

• 50% during the 3rd week of the semester

• 25% during the 4th week of the semester

• After the 4th week of the semester there is no refund
