6. Stafford Loan Borrowers: Sign your Master Promissory Note (MPN) at www.hesc.com

All Stafford Loan Borrowers must complete a MPN. This is your promise to the lender to repay your student loan.

Instructions:

a. Follow the link to the right and click on Students, Families, Borrowers, & Counselors.

b. Select New York Residents.

c. Click on Complete the e-MPN/Apply for Your Loan, then

d. Click on Begin the Stafford Loan e-MPN Process. 

While completing the e-MPN you will be required to select a lender. You have the right to select the lender o fyour choice. Davis College does not recommend any lender. Your loan will be processed using your lender of choice even if the lender you choose is not on the lender list.
