A permanent record of grades is
maintained for each student by the Registrar. An official transcript
may be obtained on request of the student subject to certain
conditions as follows:
There is no charge for the very first
transcript ever requested by a current or former student.
A fee of $5.00
will be assessed for each transcript requested thereafter.
No
transcript will be issued unless the student's or former student's
financial account is current.
All requests for transcripts
must be in writing or electronic format and must include the
student's social security number. (Written formats will also require
a signature.)
Signed requests sent by FAX (607.729.2962) will be honored.
Transcripts are normally processed within five to ten working days of
receipt of the fee in the Registrar's Office.
