and training of officers and enlisted men to operate
and maintain a nuclear power plant and other
submarine equipment.
Dick is a native of
Laceyville, PA. He is married to the former Esther
Depue (R.N., B.S.) of Montrose, PA. Esther began the
Camps' missionary adventure, going to Alaska as a
nurse in 1965. Dick and Esther were married in 1972,
after he joined her in Alaska. They enjoy fishing,
camping and traveling to new and strange places.
They like new food experiences. They have one
married son, Nathan, his wife Cindy, and two
beautiful grandchildren.
