The integrated sequence of Organizational Leadership courses develops the students' understanding of Christian leadership and ethics. The concentration also enhances the competencies and skills in management, business, communication, interpersonal relationships, problem-solving, change implementation, and multicultural sensitivities. Equipping leaders to serve in church, para-church organizations and societal organizations at large supports, strengthens and fits nicely with The Mission of Davis College, which is "... the equipping of students with the knowledge, competencies and skills needed in an ever-changing world for service and leadership within the church, Christian organizations and society." This program fills a void in leadership training and management in any and all organizations that wish to make a difference in their roles, markets, and contributions.
