- Dr. Dino Pedrone Announced as the Ninth President of Davis College -

Dr. Carol Miller, a Johnson City, NY physician and chairperson of the Davis College Board of Trustees, announced the appointment of Dr. Dino J. Pedrone as the ninth president of Davis College.

Dr. Pedrone was born and raised in Binghamton, New York and graduated from Davis College, then known as Practical Bible Training School. He is the senior pastor of New Testament Baptist Church, located in Miami, Florida which includes two major campuses, a Christian school of approximately 1700 students and a foster home – His House. He is a well known evangelical leader with a daily radio broadcast called Timely Truths and a nationwide television program, The Gathering Place. The Davis College Board of Trustees and current administration are excited about this appointment and the growth that will continue under the leadership of Dr. Pedrone.

Though he has accepted the presidency of Davis College, Dr. Pedrone will work closely with the outgoing president, Dr. George D. Miller, III, until July 2008 to assure a transition that will benefit the College.
