Regional Accreditation

June 22, 2005 -- Davis College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104. The Commission is recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education for accrediting activities in the Middle States region, which includes the District of Columbia, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Island. National Accreditation

February 15, 2006 -- Davis College has been reaffirmed for its accreditation with The Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) for the next ten years. ABHE provides accreditation and services for institutions and programs of biblical higher education within Canada, the United States, and related territories. Davis College has been accredited by ABHE since 1985.

Charter

In 1993, the College was chartered by the Regents of the University of the State of New York to offer the Bachelor of Religious Education degree and the Associate of Applied Science degree.

Davis College participates in the Federal Pell Grant, Federal SEOG grant, Federal Work-Study and the FFELP loan programs. It also participates in the Tuition Assistance Program for NYS residents enrolled in the 1-year, AAS degree, and 3-year diploma programs. Davis College is approved by the NYS Education Department for the training of veterans.

Since 1932, Davis College has been a member of the Evangelical Teaching Association. Davis College's Alice E. Chatlos Library is a member of the South Central Research Library Council and the Association of Christian Librarians.
