Early Incentive and Deposit Scholarships

If you complete your application process and send in your $275 Enrollment Deposit we will match your deposit with the following Scholarships.

Deadline Dates and Scholarships

By December 15: Matching $750 Scholarship

By March 15: Matching $500 Scholarship

By May 15: Matching $275 Scholarship

High School Transcript

Pastor's Recommendation Form

$275 Enrollment Deposit

Completed Health Forms

ACT or SAT scores

If have not yet taken your ACT or SAT tests it would be a great idea to register now for those tests. Please sign up to have your test scores sent to Davis with the codes listed below.

Davis offers the ACT test here on campus. Please email the Email the Admissions Office to set up a time to take your test.
